Hush: An Irish Princess' Tale
I chose this book because I loved the Smile also by Napoli. Hush had a lot of historical fact but I found it really depressing. I'm sure it is a pretty accurate portrait as life for an Irish princess kidnapped and sold into slavery. Not a happy ending. It is labeled 12 years and older, but I think it is more suited for at least a sixteen year old because of explicit content.
